Our Rich History: A Commitment to Excellence.
It
was in September, 1877, that seven Sisters of Charity (pictured at right) came
at the invitation of Father Joseph H. Gallagher to establish Saint Patrick
School, Roxbury. Students at that time came from a predominantly Irish
Catholic parish community.
The success of the Sisters of Charity mission and
the good works done at Saint Patrick School led to the establishment of another
school in Wellesley Hills only five years later in 1892.
We
have long been committed to academic excellence and to Christian values.
We provide the strong moral, social and academic foundation needed for success
on the secondary level and beyond. Our aim is to provide a safe, peaceful and happy
learning environment for children from K1 to Grade 8.
